4.8

(150+)

Support that actually fixes website issues instead of passing you between providers.

PAGE GUARD

A trained developer picks up your issue the same working day. No ticket queues abroad, no chatbots, no waiting weeks for an agency.

Do I need to sign a new contract or update payment details?
No. Your existing service agreements, retainers, and billing structures transition over automatically with zero administrative work required on your end.
What should I do with my Web Leap bookmarks?
Update your browser bookmarks to pageguard.com. All main Web Leap URLs will permanently redirect here so you never lose your spot.
Will my website experience any downtime or server changes during this move?

No. Your website hosting, DNS records, SSL certificates, and server configurations remain completely untouched. This rebrand only updates our internal support hub, client dashboard, and visual identity.

How do I submit support requests going forward?

You can log into the new Page Guard client portal or send an email to [email protected] Emails sent to your old Web Leap contact addresses will automatically reroute to our team.

What happens to my open Web Leap tickets or active requests?

All active tickets and ongoing maintenance tasks have been migrated into the Page Guard portal. You don’t need to resubmit anything, our development team is working through them without interruption.

Has my dedicated account lead or contact person changed?
No. You’re working with the exact same team and developers you’ve always relied on. The only difference is that our team emails will now arrive from @pageguard.com.
